Emma del Torto - Managing Director

Emma founded EffectiveHRM in 2011 to provide employers with a more proactive Human Resource Management style that existed in business. Her ethos of empowering employers to nip problems in the bud has allowed many of our Clients to improve individual and team performance and also avoid lengthy, time consuming and costly tribunals.

EffectiveHRM has a loyal client base of businesses ranging in size from micro-businesses through to large organisations with their own HR teams. The loyalty stems from prompt, practical advice and support that ensures that problems are dealt with early.

Emma is now adding further strings to the bows of our clients by offering free on-line training and resources to allow their managers and employees to upskill in areas specific to their own developmental needs at their own pace.
